Ash at Sense, Circle & Breath welcomes you to a gentle yet profound exploration of breath, circle, and sensory awareness in alignment with the cycles of nature. As we enter the darker half of the year, we gather to soften into the rhythm of our bodies, witness the subtle energies within, and reconnect with the mystery of the season.
This experience is designed to support your nervous system in all its uniqueness and nuance, encouraging each person to move at their own pace while feeling resourced and held as a group. Through somatic practices, brief embodied movement, breath and ritual, we will create space to explore whatever needs to be witnessed.
What to expect:
- Opening circle, meditation & intention setting
- Finding resourcefulness & igniting your 5 senses
- Introduction to Conscious Connected Breath (If you've practiced before, come with a beginner's mind!)
- 45 minute guided breath journey with carefully curated music
- Group integration & closing
How to prepare yourself:
- Bring anything that makes you feel warm, comfortable & cosy
- An eye mask is useful (but not necessary) for your breath journey
- Bring a journal & pen
- Do not eat anything within 2 hours of the session
