Heavenly Prenatal Yoga

With reflexology and deep relaxation to help you navigate through pregnancy while preparing your mind and body for a positive birth outcome.

On Tuesdays, 9 am - 10 am @ Samaya Sol in Battersea, London. Join here!

About

Designed to optimise your prenatal journey with as much bliss in the mind and body as wombally possible. Deborah Rose’s prenatal Yoga classes focus on movement and touch to optimise the Prana {Sanskrit for Life Force} levels in your abdominal organs, endocrine glands, low back and hips in alignment with your body’s incredible efforts to facilitate your baby’s growth. Your practice finishes with a guided meditation - Birth Nidra - to help you condition your brain and uterus for a positive birth outcome, while Deborah will go around to treat you to some pregnancy-safe reflexology.
