Join us for an exploration of the seasons through yoga. Through mindful movement, breath, and reflection, we’ll uncover the distinct energies of each season and learn how to integrate them into our practice and daily lives. This workshop will help you discover a deeper connection to nature and your inner landscape.

Prepare to journey through the seasons with your yoga practice as our compass. We’ll begin gently in Spring, the season of renewal, with chanting and nurturing movements to welcome nature's new year. As we transition into Summer, we'll ignite our inner fire with dynamic vinyasa flows, embracing creativity and vitality.

As Autumn arrives, we'll gracefully transition into a phase of cooling down, taking time to explore postures supported by props, inviting deeper relaxation and introspection. With the arrival of Winter, we'll embrace the opportunity for stillness and restoration through the practice of yoga nidra, allowing ourselves to sink into a state of deep hibernation and rejuvenation.

Completing the cycle, we'll return to Spring, having traversed the full spectrum of seasonal energies within our bodies and spirits.Through this journey, you'll gain insight into how to support yourself through each future season, both on and off the mat.

This workshop is suitable for all levels. If you have specific needs or enquiries about the practice, reach out to Maga or Aoibheann so we can make sure you’ll be fully supported throughout.

ABOUT MAGA EMANUELA

Yoga has been such an essential part of my life over the last 6 years, a practice that has helped me connect with my body and embark on a self-discovery journey. Yoga helped me overcome an eating disorder by learning how to listen to my body and treat it as a temple, honouring all the parts that made me who I am today.

Yoga has given me the tools I need to live in a world where we are asked to do and be productive all the time. It has led me to ask deeper questions of who I am and who I am becoming. It has helped find a deeper meaning to life and the relationship with myself and others.

I am passionate about the mind body connection and how we can use yoga as a tool for healing, acceptance and self-discovery.
