We are back with our monthly community event! Join us at Chariclo for Rise and Shine; a Sunday morning gathering of yoga, meditation, gong sound and music.

We will host you in our beautiful farmhouse overlooking Loch Lomond for a morning of Kundalini yoga, meditation and gong sound healing, ending with a beautiful music circle. Facilitated by Sarah & Pete, the morning will be a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the landscape, ground to the earth and connect with our ever growing community.

  • YOGA MATS AND BLANKETS PROVIDED

*Please feel free to bring your voices and any percussion instruments.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but please bring a bottle of water, layers and whatever you need to feel cosy and content.

Will be providing some herbal tea to share with everyone at the event and invite everyone to bring some snacks or offerings to share with the circle as well.

Beginners are always welcome!
