Welcome to the monthly Psychedelic Society Sharing Circle, a gathering to connect with like-minded individuals, explore new topics related to personal growth and spirituality, and deepen your understanding of yourself and others.

Each month, we will focus on a different theme, ranging from cultivating abundance and enjoying the pleasures of life, exploring duality and the power of communication in relationships, nurturing your emotional landscape and finding comfort in vulnerability.

This month's theme: ABUNDANCE

Cultivating abundance and enjoying the pleasures of life is a mindset that can help us attract positivity and happiness into our lives. It involves recognising and appreciating the abundance that already exists around us, as well as taking steps to create more abundance in areas that matter to us.

Abundance can come in many forms, such as good health, fulfilling relationships, financial stability, personal growth, and meaningful experiences. When we focus on cultivating abundance in these areas, we create a ripple effect of positivity that can enhance our overall sense of well-being and satisfaction.

In this circle, we will explore ways to cultivate abundance and enjoy the pleasures of life by appreciating the simple things in life and finding joy in the present moment.

What can I expect?

  1. Connection: Our monthly events offer a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share similar interests, passions, and struggles. Through the act of sharing, listening, and supporting one another, participants can build deep and meaningful connections that extend beyond the circle.

  2. Self-discovery: By exploring a variety of themes, one can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. Sharing circles can offer a safe and supportive space to explore personal beliefs, values, and experiences, and to gain insights into how these factors shape our lives.

  3. Healing: By sharing our stories and experiences, we can release pent-up emotions, gain perspective, and receive validation and support from others who have gone through similar struggles.

  4. Growth: This will be a space for learning, reflection, and growth, as participants gain new knowledge, skills, and perspectives from each other.

  5. Community-building: This event can be a powerful opportunity for building communities based on shared values, interests, and experiences. By coming together on a regular basis to explore and reflect, participants can build a sense of mutual trust, support and friendship that can extend beyond the circle and into other areas of their lives.

During our circle, we will incorporate a variety of activities and techniques to help facilitate connection and self-exploration, including meditation or visualizations, sharing circles, pods, journaling, self-inquiry, connection activities, and rituals.

Our intention is to create a space of safety and support where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with others who are on a similar path of self-discovery. We encourage you to come with an open mind and an open heart, ready to engage in meaningful conversations and build a community of like-minded individuals.

Whether you are new to the world of Psychedelic Society or have been with us on this journey for a while, our sharing circle offers a unique opportunity to connect, grow, and find your tribe. We look forward to seeing you there!

Location

We will be gathering at the beautiful new Christ Church Community Centre next to Highbury Fields (N5 1SA). We ask that you please bring a mat or meditation cushion to sit on during the circle.
