Using Parts Work from Internal Family Systems combined with creative expression, participants will identify and dialogue with the protective parts that are unconsciously limiting their spiritual embodiment.

Your 6 Sacred Protectors are a way to understand  internal parts of you that have developed sophisticated strategies to keep you safe. Perhaps it has been against the grain, or you have been culturally conditioned not to access loving kindness or gut feelings. Our science-based cultures have shut us down to spiritual and emotional expression, so parts of us may be afraid, feel unworthiness, or hold other beliefs that now create the very blocks you're trying to overcome.

These protector parts are wise guardians that may use spiritual concepts as armour, creating the gap between mind and body, past and present, connection and disconnection—between what you know and what you can embody.

This workshop is designed for women who have invested significantly in personal development but feel stuck in repeated patterns, experiencing a gap between their spiritual understanding and lived experience.

#Q: I am not familiar with calling myself an awakened or awakening woman, how do I know if I am one and this workshop is for me? 
A: You don't need to identify with any spiritual label! If you recognize yourself in any of these experiences, this workshop is for you: You are interested in personal development, therapy, or spiritual practices. You understand concepts intellectually but struggle to live them in your daily life. You find yourself repeating the same patterns despite "knowing better." Whether you call it "awakening" or simply "growth," if you're committed to becoming more authentic and integrated, you belong here. X

#Q: Do I need any art experience to participate?
A: No artistic skill is required. You'll be gently guided throughout the workshop. Your protective parts are invited to be exactly as they are, & create whatever feels authentic - this might be a scribble or  a symbol that holds personal meaning. An opportunity to listen to your parts.
