Rooted Soul Collective is a community of heart-centred people, who cherish their interconnection with all Life; Earth, elements, ancestors, animals and each other. We are all walking our unique soul path to create harmony for all Life, and we need each other to Rise. 

Collective Care is the root that binds us all. Just like the roots of trees intertwining beneath the Earth, our collective care is the medicine that nourishes our souls, strengthens our bonds, and liberates our collective spirit.

You might call yourself a social activist, environmentalist, advocate, change-maker, Earth-warrior, ally, or you might not. No matter how you define or show your care for the world, this space is for you, because you need collective care too.

We're a new community and are offering a free bi-weekly online space for us to gather, rest, heal & rise together. 

 

Rooted Soul Collective Presents Sacred Activism: A Sharing Circle & Yoga Nidra for Justice-Hearted Souls

 

In a world that numbs, rushes, and distracts, you remain rooted in your humanity, and keep showing up even when it hurts. This is your sacred spirit, your love in action.  

You feel it all.
The grief.
The rage.
The beauty.
The painful, aching hope that a peaceful world is still possible.

Sacred Activism is a 90-minute online gathering for those who love the world fiercely: activists, humanists, healers, empaths, community-rooted beings. It’s a space where we do not separate the political from the personal, and the individual from the collective. 

Your sensitivity is not something to bypass. It is medicine. The parts of you that feel enraged by broken systems, lonely from an apathetic world, exhausted from being strong and guilty for slowing down, are welcome here. 

This is where we gather to strengthen our bodymind, heart, and spirit, refuel the inner fire that moves us to act, and embody the truth that we are not alone in our longing for collective liberation. (Because feeling deeply is not weakness, it’s our compass)

 

How we’ll flow together:

  • A short, playful ‘gibberish’ active meditation to clear mental noise
  • A heart-opening breath practice to create a sense of safety and connection
  • A guided sharing circle with three reflection rounds:
    1. What does it feel like to care this much when others don’t seem to?
    2. What part of you is tired of holding it all together?
    3. How do you stay soft in a world that tries to harden you?
  • A Yoga Nidra passive meditation to rest, and replenish your bodymind, heart and spirit

 

This is for you if:

  • You’ve felt gaslit or dismissed, even by spiritual or wellness spaces
  • You want a space where there’s no pressure to perform, fix, or “stay positive”
  • You often feel emotionally alone in how deeply you care about the world
  • You’re exhausted from trying to hold yourself together, yet compare your pain to others and feel guilty for it
  • You long to be in community with other Sacred Activists who are anchored in compassion, love and justice

 

What You’ll Need:

  • A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed for 90 minutes
  • Prepare a comfortable space to lie down during the Yoga Nidra meditation
  • Whatever feels like care to you (optional): blanket, journal, candle, herbal tea
  • Your full, feeling, messy, raw, unfiltered, caring, soft and fiery self

 

In this space, we ask that you commit to:

  • Showing up exactly as you are. Your humanity with its grief, sorrow, rage, inspiration, joy, hope and everything in between is welcome.
  • Being respectful and reflective about opinions and perspectives that are different to yours. We will not engage in Political debates, and will remain rooted in witnessing another’s lived reality.

Beyond the labels that describe what I do, I am a lover of nature, creator of joy, social activist, intuitive artist, wise mystic and I embody the spirit of a brave-heart lioness. I’m also an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, and Creative Wellbeing and Meditation Facilitator with training in Trauma, Eastern Bodymind practices and Nature-Therapy.
