Immerse yourself in a soundscape of intuitive sounds flowing from mantras, chanting, singing and toning, honing into the energy as you integrate with the vibrations and frequencies of the crystal sound bowls and other instruments including the shamanic drum. 

Sacred sound invites you to listen—not just with your ears, but with your whole being. It is an invitation to heal, to feel, and to reconnect with the sacred essence of life. When we open ourselves to sound, we open the door to transformation, healing, and connection.

What to expect:
Each session will start with a circle to allow everyone to land in the present moment and to share their feelings and intentions. The soundscape will then be created by the theme of the circle and is very much intuitive to help shift and release any energy blockages that may be holding you back or may give you an energy uplift according to what you may need and your intentions, and most of all a relaxing heart-felt experience.

What to bring:
Water, blanket, eye-mask, pillow, and  journal. Yoga mats will be provided at the venue but feel free to bring any other comforts you may like.

About the venue: 
Jamyang Buddhist Centre, Clyde Works, Ingram Rd, Leeds LS11 9RQ. Please arrive atleast 5 minutes beforehand to settle in. There are street parking around and directly outside the centre.

About Kim:

Kim is an intuitive artist, sound facilitator and dedicated space-holder. An intuitive empath at her core, she is embracing her deeper purpose, honouring her calling to serve through powerful sensory and holistic ceremonies, whether one-on-one or with groups. Growing up in a Buddhist household, she has been chanting mantras since childhood and experienced profound benefits. Now exploring this with intuitive sounds, vocally and with the added magic of crystal sound bowls, she will create a sacred soundscape for you to immerse yourself in - an experience of deep relaxation and heart-centred connection.
