Dear sister , 

Are you feeling stuck in old patterns, yearning for more meaning and  deeper connection, but unsure how? This time  in between the Autumn Equinox, or Mabon, a time for balance and reflection, whilst we journey towards Samhain with shorter days and longer nights and  when the veils between the seen and unseen are at its thinnest,  is the perfect time to dive deep within, in yourself, in sisterhood  whilst supported by the sacred springs of Glastonbury. 

Join me for the Day Retreat Submerging in Sisterhood and Sacred Springs  in the magical lands of Avalon. This day is all about deeply reconnecting with yourself .  Are you living your life to the fullest or  have you along the way, created beliefs that you now embrace as truths? As an individual, a daughter, a sister?  If you read this now, you might feel it is time to for a next step to a deeper connection with yourself and others, to live the life your heart desires. As we let go of the old, we create space for the new, and that is where the magic happens. I believe the best place for this powerful work is Avalon, Glastonbury, the Heart Chakra of the Earth, as the powerful energies of this sacred site support healing, transformation and a deep connection with ourselves and the Earth.

We will be gathering on the land, listening to the heartbeats of Mama Earth and the sacred waters flowing beneath her, through her, and through us, reconnecting to who we truly are. We will spend time at the Chalice Well and Chalice Gardens, with the Red Spring waters flowing abundantly. There  we will honour our Divine Feminine  and dive in a profound connection with our  wombs, the source of creation, renewal and our deepest wisdom.  In the White Spring we will have a private ceremony, with ritual that will  remind  us of ancient ways and  help to affirm our intentions.  Here, we will connect with the guidance of our ancestors, awakening a deeper understanding and reclaiming the intuitive power that is our birthright.
