At The Wild Place, Wiltshire Wild Sauna, SN5 0AQ
An extended 75 minute gentle yoga flow, followed by a long rest (savasana) accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
Taking time before the festive season to rest and reset, whilst soaking in the views over the gorgeous Wiltshire countryside. 🍂
All welcome, no experience necessary.

Laura will be hosting a sauna session directly after our flow where she will be including some lovely rituals, a perfect pairing for a restorative morning! This is booked separately and directly with the sauna, and is limited to 8 spaces so is first come first served! Book on now to avoid disappointment ❤
