A celebration of our freedom — to move, to feel, to belong.
Sophie’s sessions weave music and mindfulness — inviting you to dance freely, connect deeply, and remember the wisdom within your body.
The intention for this dance is to celebrate our freedom to move, to feel and to belong on land that is safe and free from harm. This dance will be a prerecorded playlist, bespokely made by Sophie so she is free to dance with you!
NB: Sally Berg will be making an altar. If you would like, please bring something as an offering to place on it.
The aim is to raise funds for Gaza Soup Kitchen -a grassroots organisation that was established in Beit Lahia, Gaza, to provide food for Palestinians at risk of famine during the Gaza war.
Founded in early 2024 by brothers HaniHani and Mahmoud Almadhoun, Mahmoud coordinated activities on the ground while Hani supported the organisation in the United States through online fundraising. Sending our love and prayers to all Palestinians in Gaza.
