Soul Massage Course: Introducing Conscious Touch through Different Massage Techniques and Perspectives.

Join us for a transformative workshop that combines the art of massage therapy with mindful, conscious touch. In this course, you’ll learn how to incorporate your energy and presence into each massage, enhancing the experience for both you and your recipient.

A combination of physical and non-physical aspects as energy and effect of touch. Basic knowledge of Swedish massage therapy, briefly look into energy work and emotional healing.

What’s Included:

  • Basic Anatomy: Understanding the body’s structure and how it interacts with touch.
  • Different Techniques: Explore various massage methods to suit individual needs.
  • Theories & Material: Learn the foundations behind massage therapy, including key principles and the tools used.
  • Conscious Touch: Understand the importance of energy, intention, and mindfulness in massage.

Important: Participants will be working in pairs, so for the best experience, it’s ideal to book with a partner or a friend.

  • Price: £110 per person or £190 for a pair/couple
  • Duration: 6 hours (Saturday afternoon)
  • Venue: Held in Ebb&Flow Yoga Studio
