A 60 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself as we settle into Autumn.

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

All welcome, no experience necessary.
