At Studio 24, 24 Castle Street, Cirencester, GL7 1QH

A 60 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself as we settle into Autumn and towards the festive season.

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

All welcome, no experience necessary.
