About the event
Step into a day of beauty, self-care, and love as we embrace the vibrant energy of spring.
With the days growing longer than the nights, this is your moment to pause, reflect, and ask yourself: What light do you want to welcome into your life? What are you ready to leave behind in the shadows?
Celebrate the ancient festival of Beltane—a time of fiery renewal, passion, and fertility. It's a festival rooted in the rhythms of nature, honoring the dance of life as we move into the season of growth and abundance.
This 5 hour mini retreat is an invitation to reignite your sensuality, stoke your inner fire, and reconnect with your passion for life in 2025. Through the sacred triad of mind, body, and soul, over these five hours we’ll explore:
- Somatic Movement: Tune into your body’s innate wisdom to release old patterns and embody joy.
- Belly Dancing: A playful, empowering practice to awaken your vitality and creative flow with the wonderful Itziar
- High Vibrational Sound and Vocal Scaping: Let sound guide you into deep relaxation and harmony.
- Kundalini Energy: Tap into this powerful life force energy, often described as the coiled serpent within, to awaken your full potential and experience profound transformation.
Expect an afternoon of movement, reflection, and celebration designed to rejuvenate your spirit and bring a spring to your step. This is your time to realign, rediscover, and reignite.
Together, we’ll honour the sweetness of life—our own, each other’s, and the world's—so we don’t miss a single moment of this magical springtime.
