The Summer Solstice is a turning point in the wheel of the year, inviting us to align with nature’s abundance and our own radiant expression.
Join us for a nourishing day of ritual, movement, and connection. Together, we’ll honour the plants and traditions of our ancestors at this powerful seasonal threshold. Through ceremony, intention and reflection we reconnect with the Earth, the sun, and the inner light that guides our growth.
Included:
✨ Energising yoga and movement practice
🌿 A herb ceremony exploring the sacred plants of this season
🌸 Flower & oak crown creation
🌀 Journaling and sharing circle to reflect and connect
🔥 A fire ritual honour transformation and release
🥗 A nourishing seasonal lunch
This is a space to receive the medicine of community - to honour nature’s abundance with gratitude, reflection, and connection to the land, the elements, and each other. Please do get in touch if finance is a barrier.
Your Facilitators:
Danai Alexandrou Eco Therapist

Dee is an Ecotherapist and nature connection facilitator, dedicated to helping people move from disconnection to a deeper alignment with the natural world and community. She has been working with plants and herbal medicine since 2017 and has been studying Ecotherapy since 2022 with the Natural Academy. Drawing from lived experience, it is her mission to help fellow humans find a pathway out of feeling lost, stuck, or isolated through nature connection, moving into a place of restoration and belonging in the web of all things
Aisha Amanita

Born and raised in London, Aisha always felt a yearning for the wild and a way to gather people for magical moments of reconnection. Having been gifted the middle name of Amanita, Aisha has grown up with an ineffable curiosity in the healing powers of plants and fungi. This has led to her inquiry into ancient and indigenous practices near and far. Nature and the wild inspire her facilitation, with the goal to make space for those to reconnect us not only with our bodies but also with the rhythmic cycles of the earth.
Alongside her facilitation of bodyfulness, Aisha produces stories (through documentary) and is in the making of projects that explore Britain’s ancient practices.
