Ever wondered what happens to your body when you provide a safe space to release emotions? 

It begins to guide you to release stagnant emotions and energy that you no longer need. You make space for what you truly deserve.

During the session, you will breathe to locate blocked emotions and energy in your body. In a safe container using Conscious Connected Breathwork, you will begin to process, release, express and finally bring forgiveness and acceptance to your energy field. Create the future you deserve and invite love and joy into your life.

Conscious Connected Breathing helps you shut off your inner critic, it dampens the default network and reduces mental noise Breathwork brings you back home. It moves us out of the thinking mind and into the body, heart, and subconscious, the spaces of innate intelligence, curiosity, and love.

The Soul Space Method

The Soul Space Method has been carefully designed through years of dedicated research, self-exploration, intentional reflection, and refinement on the profound impact of somatic experiences and cathartic release on the mind, body and spirit. We combine the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the artful integration of psychosomatics/bodywork, sound therapy, vocal toning and aromatherapy to help you surrender and activate your body’s natural healing process.

This technique helps to release stored emotions, leading to improved mental health and emotional well-being. It's not just a breathwork session; it's a journey towards a more balanced and harmonious self.

What to expect

    relaxation setting the stage for a deeper exploration of self-love.

    breathwork, shedding layers of stress, old stories, and negative patterns.
  • A Multi-Sensory Experience: Dive deep into a session enriched with sound, scent, and touch,
    guiding you to a state of deep relaxation and openness.
  • Integration and Renewal: We finish our gathering with integration exercises, gently
    returning to your body, grounded and renewed. Stepping into your full power, emotionally lighter!

Preparation for the session

Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.

Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.

Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 7:10 pm.


This style of breathwork is for over 18's only and Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pace-maker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator. Hey, I'm Liza Al Sady, founder of Soul Space Studio. After 15 years in the corporate grind, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, I turned to alternative wellness therapies to confront and heal my trauma. This journey led me to discover the transformative power of Breathwork, which has profoundly changed my life and path.

In 2022, as Head of Well-being for a leading Education Recruitment Agency in the UK, I introduced breathwork and mindfulness to colleagues across the country, witnessing its impact on stress and anxiety management firsthand. This experience fuelled my passion to spread the benefits of breathwork wider, inspiring the creation of Soul Space Studio. Here, we are dedicated to empowering you with breathwork tools for a more mindful and conscious lifestyle.

As a qualified Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach, trained under the guidance of JP Crimi, my mission is to make breathwork accessible to everyone, supporting you to lead a life aligned with intention and conscious living.
