The first annual in-person gathering of the Living Fire Collective !

Location: 'Wasing Estate, Berkshire, UK"

An intimate gathering for experienced firekeepers, fire-enthusiasts and friends and families seeking to nourish and deepen their relationship with the Sacred Fire.

This is an alcohol and drug-free event

Come and contribute to grow this community! 

Building on the work co-created around Sacred Fire over the past few years, a trio of friends and colleagues Francesco Benvenuti, Eloise Minton and Thomas Peto have established The Living Fire Collective. 

🐝 This gathering will stand as an inaugural launch of this community 🔥

What to expect & how we work

The Gathering will be a powerful opportunity to come together and strengthen our emerging community around the Sacred Fire, as we:

🔥 Explore the role of Firekeeping as a tool for spiritual connection, social change, and cultural repair

🌾 Share knowledge, practical Firekeeping skills & connective fireside tools — including practices, music, and creative expression — learning from and with one another in a collaborative, inspiring, and nurturing space

🌳 Celebrate & Deepen our connections — gathering in service to the web of life and future generations

🪵 Cultivate a personal connection with Fire, deepening our understanding and relationship with its essence

🌕 Strengthen the collective bond with Fire as a guiding and unifying force in our lives

🔁 Recognise Fire as a transformative technology — a source of ancient wisdom, renewal, and hope

Exchange for the Gathering

💫 What’s Included in the ticket (for catered tickets) :

- All meals from Friday dinner,   Saturday (3 meals🍲) and Sunday brunch

- Firewood for the whole gathering 🔥

- Camping for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday) ⛺

- All workshops, activities, and ceremonies 🌿🎶

👧🏽 Children and young people under 16  only pays for food in their ticket price

The gathering will close   Sunday 31st after lunchtime.

Please bring your own sleeping setup—tent, tipi, van, or other shelter.

If you have a communal structure you’d like to offer (e.g. bell tent, gazebo), get in touch—we’re open to exploring exchanges.

This is a grassroots, co-created gathering. We welcome you to pitch in, help where you can, and share your unique gifts as we come together and celebrate as a village. 🌻🔥🫱🏼‍🫲🏾

Extra Costs:

🔥 Sauna 

The wonderful Enchanted Glade will be providing a sauna. Tickets will be available to pre-order and also on the day.
