We'll conclude with an ecstatic dance celebration, moving our intentions into embodied reality.

Arrival: 

Doors open at 5.40pm. 

Arrive early to land in the space, and connect with other attendees over refreshments. 

Doors close just before 6pm to ensure a prompt start.

Opening Circle:

Introductions. Learn about the themes and highlights of the Aries Solar Eclipse. Understand how to leverage astrological events for personal growth and transformation. Align your intentions with the powerful energy of the solar eclipse in Aries, amplifying your manifestation abilities.

Cacao Ceremony:

This sacred plant medicine is renowned for its gentle yet profound ability to uplift your mood, foster deep connection, and unlock feelings of joy and well-being. Experience the warmth of cacao as it opens your heart, inviting you to release stress, embrace self-love, and connect with a sense of inner peace. Join us as we share this ancient ritual, creating a space for you to feel good, connect deeply, and experience the pure, loving energy of cacao.

ĀKĀŚA Ceremonial Cacao is grown from heirloom strains of cacao, the prized and rare Arriba Nacional from Ecuador.  Sourced with care from dedicated farmers using ancient and sustainable agroforestry methods from the wet and tropical volcanic region of Quevedo, we are grateful to be able to share the gift of this precious plant with you.

Soak in the cosmic healing frequencies guided by Philip Avierinos of ENSOMBLE SOUNDS, and Maximilian aka Quiet Guide and co-founder of ĀKĀŚA. 

With a wide range of instruments including gongs, singing bowls, chimes, flutes, voice, synths and more, be taken on an evocative journey like no other. 

Bathing in these elevated frequencies, relax deeply in the receptive, yin, phase of our ceremony. As your brainwaves entrain to the resonant frequencies, you gain access to your subconscious mind and any messages it may reveal to you, including the source of personal blocks, or pathways forward.

Guided Journaling:

Refine your intentions with guided prompts to help align the powers of your mind into focused direction for the kundalini breathwork for manifestation ritual. 

Voice Activation & Kundalini Breathwork:

Unlock your voice, magnifying your ability to release stagnant emotions and energy. Reconnect with the power of self-expression. Reclaim your voice from self-censorship. 

Open up your physical and energy bodies with opening exercises before being guided into a kundalini breathwork practice. This breathwork practice will help you connect with your innate bliss, and channel creative life force energy up towards the higher centres of consciousness in a manifestation ritual. 

Guided by Linanna, an somatic practitioner and qualified breathworker who will also be offering energetic and structural dearmouring through supportive touch (optional) to help transmute stagnant energy.

Move your intentions into embodied reality through ecstatic dance, integrating the energy of the ceremony. With a playlist weaving electronic world music, techno, drum and bass, dub, funk and other juicy tunes, experience the power of movement and embodiment for manifestation.

YOUR GUIDES

ENSOMBLE SOUNDS is run by Philip Avierinos, a deeply compassionate and skilled musician, specialising in sound therapy. With a classical training in piano and a passion for helping others unlock the healing potential of sound, Philip has spent over two decades performing, studying and teaching music. He has trained under the British Academy of Sound Therapy, Sheila Whittaker from the College of Sound Healing (UK), Yin Xiong (South Africa), and Yogi Mehtab Benton (USA). 

Linanna is co-founder of ĀKĀŚA and a trauma certified somatic practitioner working across a range of modalities informed by scientific, holistic, as well as esoteric frameworks. With over a decade of experience, she is committed to bringing balance and evolution to our masculine and feminine expression, in their individual, relational as well as collective manifestations. Guided by an uncompromising desire for liberation accompanied by a deep sensitivity to nervous system dynamics, she brings a fierce tenderness to her space holding. Embodied anatomy, craniosacral therapy, fascial unwinding, breathwork, Daoist/Tantric alchemical practices, evolutionary astrology and human design are some of the modalities she weaves into her practice.

Maximilian aka Quiet Guide is co-founder of ĀKĀŚA,  a sound engineer and music producer. He is also a personal trainer, yoga and qigong  instructor, intuitive bodyworker and space holder.

While we are passionate about the many health-giving benefits of ceremonial cacao, there are  potential contraindications - if you have any health conditions please check this link. We have a range of teas on offer that you can enjoy as an alternative.

ĀKĀŚA Ceremonial Cacao is grown from ‘Arriba Nacional’, an endangered heirloom strain prized for its exceptionally complex and unique flavour profile. Consciously sourced in Quevedo, Ecuador, our cacao is grown in accordance with traditional agroforestry principles that protect unique biodiversity.

WHY CACAO?

At ĀKĀŚA, we are passionate about co-creating a more joyful,  compassionate, and loving world. To even be able to fathom how such a world could look, we need to be able to slow down, take deeper breaths, and engage with the reality of the present moment. 

When our nervous system is on high alert (fight/flight/freeze/ fawn), it's near impossible to dream big or connect deeply.

The stimulating effects of caffeine were pivotal to the success of the Industrial Revolution. Coffee helped to sever our connection to natural cycles and replaced it with clock time; enabling us to work around the clock. We believe that the time is now for the reemergence of an ancient plant ally.

In her pure form, ceremonial cacao can help us slow down, facilitate connection, reset our body’s circadian rhythms, nourish us, and help us dream a more harmonious future together.
