Nature Play Workshop

What is it?

The Playful Path is a workshop combining Movement, Play, Theatre, Clown and Mindfulness with Nature Connection. Inviting you to play amongst the trees and to see the natural world as an animate playground! Through the eyes of the player, you can drop into an embodied awe, wonder, and curiosity. 

Use this workshop as a tool to connect to your inner and outer nature and draw on the natural world for support and inspiration.

Expect - playing in the woods, games, expression and sharing inspired by and connected to nature. Feral play, deep solo time, group silly time, collaboration, connection and witnessing. 

Release, reset and rejuvenate your spirits!

Who is it for? 

It’s accessible to anyone with a curiosity to explore playing in nature! Whether you’re a performer or a chemist you don’t need any previous experience.
