Terms and conditions

Clothing Policy & Safety Disclaimer
This is a mixed-gender, queer-affirming, and clothing-optional event. Nakedness is welcomed and celebrated as a natural state, but it is never mandatory—please dress or undress to your own comfort level.

To ensure a safe, sacred, and respectful space for everyone, all attendees must agree to the following standards:

Consent is absolute: Always ask for explicit verbal consent before initiating any physical contact. A person's nudity or attire is never an invitation for touch.
Strictly non-sexual: This is a body-positive and therapeutic wellness space, not a sex-positive event. Overtly sexual behavior, comments, or advances will result in immediate removal.
Zero tolerance for judgment: We celebrate all body types, genders, and expressions. Shaming, staring, or making others feel uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
No photography or recording: To protect everyone's privacy, all phones and cameras must be put away before entering the sauna area.
Hygiene requirements: For health and safety, you must always sit on a clean towel when utilizing the sauna or seating areas while unclothed.

Personal Belongings & Liability Waiver

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Insert Business/Operator Name] and its staff shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect injury, illness, loss, or damage arising out of your use of the facilities, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
