Release anger through movement and activation of your primal voice.
In our society, anger often feels taboo, leading many of us to suppress our true feelings. Over time, these bottled emotions can manifest as physical tension, pain, or even long-term emotional distress.
This workshop is a safe space to explore and release anger, helping you connect with your boundaries and find liberation from emotions like grief, shame, and sadness. By consciously embodying our full range of emotions, we reclaim agency over how they impact our lives.
Together, we’ll break free from the stigma surrounding anger through movement, primal voice activation, and shared support. This experience will offer you tools to channel and express anger healthily, so you can reintegrate it into your life with acceptance and strength.
Join us to honour all facets of your being and transform anger into empowered expression.

Feedback From Previous Events
"Powerful and connected. Since the session I'm now allowing myself to feel rage and disappointment when they appear instead of telling myself I'm being 'unreasonable' and suppressing them" - Danielle
“This is the third time I'm coming. This workshop is not only for releasing your anger in a safe and contained space but with Orshi and Mar, I can really dig deep into my own personal relationship with anger, how to bring it into my awareness and use it as a positive tool to operate in this world! Thanks 🙏” - Bazga Shabir
Why Do We Do This Work?
Making friends with our anger was transformational in our own lives, and has helped us to better understand ourselves with great self acceptance, and as a result we are more able to stand for what we believe in. We want to share this with others because we want to create a world where women feel empowered to speak their truth and are not afraid to make their voices heard.
Our aim is to provide communities with safe spaces for creative empowerment, where participants can cultivate connection and confidence in themselves with the support of a group setting.
