This playful, no-pressure dance lab is a space to re-tap into your life force, creativity, and sensual energy. Whether you came last time or are brand new, we’ve got fresh exercises, new music, and a revitalized experience to help you feel your power, freedom, true expression, and JOY!!! 🙌🏽

• Somatic warm-ups to ground and open
• Guided dance practices to awaken hips & heart
• Playful group exercises (no touch required)
• Freeform dance to juicy Afro/Latin beats
• Closing circle to integrate and share

❗️ This is NOT a dance class — it’s an internal journey shared in community. No twerk experience needed. Come as you are and we’ll explore together. You’ll probably leave feeling more free, energized, and fully alive.  🔥

I’ve facilitated vulnerable, empowering spaces around the world—from Storytime circles to conflict transformation labs to dance empowerment workshops.

Trained as an Authentic Facilitator with Authentic Revolution, I bring deep presence, play, and care to create brave spaces where you can feel safe, fully expressed, and connected with your power.

Que tu sois venu·e la dernière fois ou que ce soit ta première expérience, nous avons de nouveaux exercices, de la musique fraîche et une expérience revitalisée pour t’aider à sentir ton pouvoir, ta liberté, ton expression authentique et ta JOIE !!! 🙌🏽
