Wim Hof Method Breathwork - London

Have an incredible breathwork experience!

In this session, you will learn about the Wim Hof Method Breathing protocol and get an opportunity to practise it.

You will learn about the biomechanics and chemistry of breathing as well as how to correctly and safely practise breathwork at home.

After initial guidance, you will lie down in the beautiful Soma Lab, listen to music and breathe along with Heather.

After the breathwork session Heather will guide you on a meditation exercise, followed by an opportunity to feedback on your experience.

Finally there is discussion on how to begin a daily breathwork practise with helpful tips on how to start.

Please arrive having eaten, as no food is provided.
