2025 Reflections: An LGBTQ+ Breathwork Community Immersion
Hi all! I'm Ryan at @thebreathmanifest, a certified breathwork facilitator inviting you to a special conscious connected breathwork journey designed specifically as a safe space for LGBTQ+ communities, minority groups and allies. All are welcome.
This will be my last workshop of the year.
Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional release, deeper connection, or simply a space to breathe, this session offers a powerful, heart-opening experience in a safe and affirming space where we'll practice conscious connected breathwork, and connect as a community. Tapping into an altered state of consciousness that can be incredibly profound, healing and bring a deep sense of connection to yourself and others.
What to Expect:✨
A grounding introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork (10 mins)
Connecting Partner Exercises & Somatic Movement (10 mins)
Visualisation Meditation (10 mins)
A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey to help you release what no longer serves you, in a space held with care and intention (70 mins)
💬 Tea, Dark Chocolate, Oracle Cards + Optional sharing circle and time to connect with like-minded souls (20 mins)
The theme of this session is 2025 Reflections, really thinking about how we've surprised ourselves this year? How far have we come? What energy do we want to bring into 2026?
This is a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ communities and allies to be seen, supported, and empowered through the breath. Moreover, this is a space for you to connect with other likeminded, conscious individuals within the community should you be open to building meaningful connections
No previous breathwork experience is necessary, everyone is welcome.

About Me:
Ryan (@thebreathmanifest) is trained and certified in the modality of Conscious Connected Breathwork. He's passionate about holding positive, affirming spaces for the LGBTQ+ community, minority groups and allies through this incredibly powerful work, and he's here to guide you back to yourself through the power of breathwork, somatic movement and connection.
