Psychedelic Speed-Friending (ONLINE EDITION)
Psychedelic Speed-Friending is a night of sweet conversation, open to everyone for the start of the year, where you can drop the small talk and ask the questions you REALLY want to ask. We use the word ‘speed’ in the loosest possible sense. Real connection can't be rushed and neither will we!
Usually these events are members only, but this special online edition is open to members and non-members alike to make good connections and perhaps start new friendships to start off the new year.
Taking inspiration from the 36 Questions to Intimacy, this kind of platonic friend ‘dating’ gives you a menu of profound, intriguing, and spicy questions designed to inspire authenticity and deepen your connection with those around you. You’ll be guided through playful ice breakers, and into a series of 10 minute conversations with strangers, in breakout rooms of 2's and 3's throughout the evening.
You’ll leave here with new friends and inspiration for how to guide conversation into juicy and interesting territory.
The night will be hosted by Gaia Harvey Jackson, co-director and member of Dandelion, and facilitator of Intimacy and Transformation for The Psychedelic Society.
We will kick things off at 19:00, and kindly ask that you arrive promptly to avoid interrupting the facilitated part of the evening. No late-comers past 19:15 please so that we can close the container and everyone is present for instructions around how the evening will run.
Facilitator: Gaia Harvey-Jackson
