Through earth-soma practices : therapeutic art, and embodied exploration and nature connection, these sessions offer a grounding, re:connecting and nourishing experience. Together, we’ll create a space where you can truly meet what is arising in your body and soul, rooting you ever more deeply into your authentic self. And simultaneous re:kindling your relationship to the natural world and your embodied expression.

Please note : that you do not need to be ‘creative or good at art’ but rather bring a curious mind and body. The creative process is focused on the process and what emerges rather than ‘a perfect final image’. This is a invitation into exploration and play in creativity, movement and re:kindling your relationship to the natural world. 

About your Facilitator

Sarah Louise : Therapist & Artist 

I have worked with the natural world and creativity for over 12 years as a educator, artist and therapist. Through my therapy training I have rooted into a therapeutic practice that I have founded called : earth-soma. This practice is rooted in the understanding that we have lost balance with nature—and, as a result, with ourselves. The containers are designed to help you deeply remember and reconnect yourself and the wisdom of nature through creative and embodiment practices.I offer both online and in-person sessions at Wilderness Woods in Buxted, East Sussex
