A 6 month container for expanding your capacity for pleasure.

We grow through embracing all that we are, including our body and our pleasure.

This 6 month Women’s Journey will support you to step into deeper intimacy with yourself, setting strong intentions for how we want to flourish and grow.  We can change patterns and co-create healthy new habits for ourselves when we give time and space, and the right tools for authentically connecting with our body.

The beauty of a 6 month journey is that you have a container to keep coming back to over a period of time.  So this course will see you though changes and stages and challenges and growth, alongside a solid network of women.

How would it feel to embody your most authentic sexual self and feel your vitality radiating out across your whole life? 

A woman who has stepped into her full power:

• Inhabits, respects and loves her body
• Makes space in her life for herself and honours her own self care and pleasure first
• Allows herself long, luxurious sensual experiences that allow her body to open fully into a state of bliss in its own slow, sweet time
• Has confidence and creative curiosity with exploring her partners body.
• Experiences her genitals as the sacred Power House they are.
• Expresses her desires and boundaries and her authentic ‘yes’ and ‘no’ 
• Meets life with an abundance of life-force energy
• Can give generously to her family and workplace, without feeling depleted
• Unashamedly shines as she shares herself and her gifts with the world
• Cultivates satisfying, nourishing and meaningful relationships
• Contributes to a happier society in which fulfilled women generously love, support and raise one another up

Together we gently and safely explore ways you can feel more confident and comfortable in your body and sexual expression. I can help you move beyond embodied trauma, negative conditioning and unhealthy patterns that limit your expansion and pleasure in sex and in life.

Orgasmic Embodiment Coach Jem Ayres, will guide you through the 6 month journey with her knowledge rooted in both science & spirituality, and her passion to share sacred sexuality work for healing, growth, intimacy and greater pleasure in all aspects of life.

You’ll be invited into exercises and experiences for building consciousness around your sexual self-development including releasing blocks to intimacy, to create a soft space to meet yourself, blending nervous system awareness and science-based knowledge on all things bodies & pleasure related alongside Taoist & Neo-tantric practices. 

The 6 month programme will incorporate a whole range of experience and practices to guide you to meet yourself in expanding your capacity for pleasure: Bodywork, breath, movement, energy work, conscious touch.

Expect sacred connection with self and others, sisterhood, ritual & intimacy, alongside practical sex coaching & technique teaching,

You will walk away from these 6 months having journeyed with yourself into new landscapes, and feeling better equipped with a tool belt of deep yet playful practices to continue to flourish in your fullest potential.

This space is available for a limited number of women of any sexual orientation.

You’ll be supported to honour your own organic pace - we’ll meet you where you’re at. 

There will be an optional private Facebook group to join which can be used to stay connected in-between the sessions.

About Jem Ayres:

Jem is a certified Sex Geek - A Sexological Bodyworker, trauma-informed Tantra practitioner and teacher, workshop facilitator, public speaker and Orgasmic Embodiment coach.  She has over 10 years’ experience in the field of self-development through the body which at one point included running a burlesque company empowering hundreds of women.

Jem now preaches what she likes to call ‘Sexual Self-Development’ and those who have met her know she walks the walk.

Multi-talented and creative she is passionate about helping people to connect with themselves through the body, fine-tuning into the subtleties of our life force, using sexual energy to fuel all areas of life. 

Booking:

My events have a high level of interest and space is limited therefore it is recommended you book well in advance.

Payments are non-refundable.

Earlybird fee:  £550 (Before 1st July)

Standard fee:  £620 (After 1st July)

Pay-it-forward payment: £650 (£30 of your payment goes towards offering bursary places for women who are in need and wouldn’t be able to afford the full fee.)

T&Cs: 

Please be aware tickets are non-refundable or transferable. 

I always get alot of last minute requests for refunds or transfers.  This would make my events unsustainable so I have a hard boundary around this.
