NURTURE ~ free community online guided embodiment practice

On the first Monday evening of each month, we gather to drop in to a guided embodiment practice centred around nurturance. We will be gently led through a process of connecting to our bodies through breath, touch and movement. There is an opportunity for partnered and group shares from this place of softness to allow ourselves to be seen and welcomed in our natural state of being - no need to perform or be anything other than we are. 

You are invited to keep your camera on but like everything, that is optional. 

NURTURE is facilitated by Georgie Arabella. Georgie is a Somatic Sexologist, Sexological Bodyworker, Embodiment Coach, Writer & Speaker and has been running events for five years.
