Pleasure for the People presents:
From Rage to Pleasure

A space designed to expand your capacity to hold both pain and pleasure and embrace the full range of human emotion. You’ll be guided in the conscious exploration of your rage through somatic gateways (breath, sound, touch and movement) followed by an exploration of your most authentic self-expression where you can shed all masks! Let’s re-learn our innate ability to transmute rage into a full bodied sense of pleasure and ease.

Please bring: external device to play music, quiet and comfortable private space where one has space to move if needed

Due to the intimate nature of our practices at Pleasure for the People there is an application form you'll be sent upon purchasing your ticket. Jo (she/her) is a trauma-informed somatics and conscious relating coach, pleasure advocate and enthusiast of all things embodiment. Her trainings in trauma work and bodywork combined with her personal journey with conscious relating, intimacy & kink exploration are the cornerstones of her passion for curating safer spaces where individuals can attune to their bodies needs and explore pleasure, body sovereignty and foster deeper connections with themselves and others.

Jo holds 1:1 Sessions in somatic and conscious relating coaching both online & in-person. With the backbone of her work in nervous system regulation, Jo offers a bottom-up approach to coaching that focuses on processing through the bodies experience and integrating it verbally. By taking a trauma-informed approach to self enquiry and development, in a setup and pace that feels good for you, Jo aims to create a container meant for safer exploration, and providing you with practical tools to integrate into your daily life. The sessions can touch on: nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, working with goals and blockages, mind-body connection, shadow work, emotional release, body sovereignty, conscious relating, embodied intimacy, boundaries and integration practices.
