A 4 hour deep dive into psychedelic thinking, integration, mindfulness and physical practices to share with those interested in microdosing or psychedelic thinking.

Led by Naomi and Jacob, the group will explore the physical with movement & breathwork, and the non-physical through creative & practical techniques. Including the "3 Step Rewind" - a creative vision technique, and a guided Nidra. 
With a  30minute break.

Share in knowledge & creativity, assist each other to evolve.

A group session with a focus on an NLP technique called "3-Step Rewind"; defining intention, integrating a creative vision and inspiration into every-day life •
• 6pm - Guided Nidra Meditation •

Jacob and Naomi bring a vast breadth of knowledge and experience, distilled into this relatively short afternoon to help you learn tried and tested tools and techniques of change and transition.

Jacob will lead the initial part of the session with group Breathwork, movement and nervous system reset techniques to bring the gathering into tune and rhythym with each other and the body. He will speak on his own psychedelic experiences and talk through mindfulness techniques that he's used to integrate knowledge into his real life practices.

Naomi will be leading the knowledge and sharing circles, bringing her intensive experience working hands on as a guide through microdosing, psychedelic and post natal journeys. Utilising Neuro linguistic Programming techniques to enable functional life changes.

The combination of physical practices and mindful work is set to stimulate the nervous system and neurology, and give I spiration and practical knowledge to take forward, to help develop our individual toolkits and inner technique.

Max 25 people.

There will be NO psychedelic or illegal substances tolerated or used during this workshop.
We will need to leave the workshop space at 6pm but can continue talking in the communal cafe downstairs.

Your Facilitators:

Naomi  “The Psychedelic Doula”

Naomi is an experienced doula and energy worker who specialises in supporting parents through altered states of consciousness. Whether that’s through the process of birth or through psychedelic experiences, she has held space for 100’s of families over the years. Naomi lives in Brighton with her husband and 3 sons.

Jacob - Founder of OhmBrella. 

Jacob, through Ohmbrella, offers one to one and group coaching with a focus in ancient practices, mobility and nutrition. His experience of over 15 years in naturopathic medicine and mystic arts brings a unique form of teaching. Having suffered from chronic pain, skeletal and gut related issues since birth, Jacob holistic teaches techniques to repair and strengthen the entire system, mind body and spirit. He spends most of his time off grid in forests working on conservation and sustainable ecological practices, and brings the magic of woodlands and connection to nature to all classes.
