Nia is a holistic barefoot fitness practice drawing from dance arts, martial arts and healing arts.

• £5 for 1 hour class movement class - current introductory price
• 3rd Thursday of every month
• All genders welcome
• Optional: Bring your own mat or blanket for floor cool down/ relaxation at the end

I'm certified to teach you this very special Nia Technique. It's not your average fitness class!

The choreography is simple but versatile and expressive to a sublime and inspiring playlist of music across all genres.

We increase awareness of our bodies and prioritise what feels good. We also use guided free dance to really get out of our heads and into our bodies, finding new ways to move and breaking habits.

Suitable for all levels so ideal for gently getting moving, right up to those wanting a sweaty workout.  No experience needed. 

We work on personalising movement and allowing you to adjust the range of movement at any point during class.

Each session is a drop in stand alone class so there is no commitment needed but after experiencing this unique activity you may wish to come back for more to take a deeper dive!

Accessibility note - the exercise studio is on the first floor up a flight of stairs with no lift.

I have public liability insurance covering age 14+

Parking:   Free on street car parking on surrounding streets and Central Glass Ltd allow use of their customer spaces in the evenings.                                           

Cycle stands are on the corner of Upper Allen Street / Well Meadow Drive (bikes can't be brought into the venue).
