Join us to practice tools that support you in cultivating more genuine, fulfilling, and mutually rewarding relationships regardless of context.

We will do this by embodying methods that enable us to really see others, while also allowing for our tender selves to be seen.

Practicing this helps builds trust, cultivate a sense of safety as consequence of feeling held, and the super power ability to lean in to conflict and feel more connected afterwards.

Feel Safe in Your Relationships

Authentic Relating helps us to practice tools that support you in cultivating more genuine, fulfilling, and mutually rewarding relationships regardless of context. We will do this by embodying methods that enable us to really see others, while also allowing for our tender selves to be seen. This is a practice in humility, compassion and exploring what it means to share our tenderness and hold another's.

Feeling shy or unsure of your interactions?

Authentic Relating supports those who practice with, the ability to hold compassion and care for where you are. While enabling you with the tools to reveal your experience and lean in to discomfort. AR enables us to really see others, while also allowing for our tender selves to be seen. This is a practice in humility, compassion and exploring what it means to share our tenderness and hold another's.

Do you have a hard time asking for what you want?

Often relationships can fall prey to unhealthy dynamics because we default to implicitly asking for things, which when not 'heard' can lead to resentment and confusion. AR supports you in learning ways to lean in to the discomfort of asking for what you desire, while leaving space for the impact of it being or not being received. In short, AR enables us to really see others, while also allowing for our tender selves to be seen. This is a practice in humility, compassion and exploring what it means to share our tenderness and hold another's.

In order to keep this space intimate, we've kept the container to 28 people. Each experience will be themed.

When?

Tuesday 26th March, 7-9.30pm. Then every 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Where?
