What messages were you given about menstruation as a young girl?
Was your first period celebrated, feared, ignored?
How did you // do you feel about your period?
Do you allow yourself to rest when bleeding?
How does it feel to be a woman?

Our transition from girlhood to womanhood is marked by our first bleed, aka menarche. For most of us, this wasn’t honoured, celebrated or acknowledged. These pivotal moments impact how we relate to ourselves and others, as we continue to bloom into our adolescence.

Menarche reclamation offers us an opportunity to rediscover our first bleed and reclaim that which was lost, forgotten or unseen. For women of all ages, including those peri // post-menopausal.

Join me for an explorative journey back through our red-thread, to our first bleeds. Come with an open heart and an open mind to see what reveals itself to you.

About Your Guide, Amy ✨

After birthing my daughter in 2023, I felt a strong urge to stay home with her, intuitively knowing there must be another way to navigate motherhood without returning to full-time work. I have since been asking for guidance and calling in aligned, purpose-led work. I retrained and graduated from The Blood Mysteries School in 2024, a 4-month deep dive into feminine embodiment and menstrual cycle awareness.

It's astounding how little we are taught about how our female bodies work and what a gift it is to be a woman. After navigating my own journey suffering mental health in my late-teens, I now realise how invaluable this wisdom is and that it needs to be shared with women and instilled in young girls with their coming of age.

I'm called to this work for my inner-child, for my daughter and all the girls & women to come. I pray that they may know themselves in their divinity and never lose sight of who they are at centre.

Select tickets

Tickets are offered on a sliding scale, with the intention of making this available to everyone; please select the ticket that feels most appropriate for you. I strongly feel that this work should be available to all women, no matter their circumstances. Should you feel that an additional concession would make this possible for you, please do get in touch with me via email//instagram.
