What are your dreams trying to tell you?

We all dream. Most of us forget them by breakfast.

This half day gives you the chance to slow down, share a dream, and see what it might be pointing to - held gently, in a small group of curious people.

Drawing on Jungian depth psychology, somatic practice, and the world's oldest tradition of collective dream work, we'll help you listen - really listen - to what your inner world is saying.

No experience needed. Just bring a dream.
