Autumn Retreat in Cornwall
Tantric Yoga | Meditation | Yoga Nidra | Authentic Relating | Conscious Connected Breathwork
12th – 14th September 2025 | Chyan Cultural Centre, Penryn
Join us for a deeply nourishing three-day residential retreat this autumn at the beautiful Chyan Cultural Centre in Cornwall. Nestled in 18 acres of organic land with woodlands, orchards, and wild swimming, this is a place to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
Guided by experienced space-holders Beth Bauer and Devamurti, this retreat brings together the healing power of somatic and tantric practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and heartful connection.
What to Expect
Over the course of three days, you’ll be held in a safe, embodied container to explore:
Tantric Yoga to awaken energy and presence in the body
Meditation and Yoga Nidra to guide you into stillness and deep rest
Authentic Relating Practices to foster connection, truth, and intimacy
Conscious Connected Breathwork to access the wisdom of the body and release held emotion
Somatic Practices to support integration and resourcing
About the Facilitators
Beth Bauer is a psychotherapist trained in Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Conscious Connected Breathwork. She brings a gentle, intuitive presence and a depth of understanding around trauma, attachment, and the subtle language of the body. Through breath, awareness, and heartfelt attunement, Beth supports others to reconnect with themselves, integrate old pain, and move toward wholeness.
