Wet, Dark & Fertile 

A 6 week online container 

~ for women who desire to harness the power of this potent dark time to dive deep ~

As we approach the darkest days of the year the Earth shows us how to embrace the darkness, how to strip ourselves bare and lay our shield to rest. 

As we witness the trees release their leaves, we release all that is no longer serving us. We shed, we process, we integrate the year just been. 

Winter is our opportunity to be with Death, Shedding, Darkness ~ and with this death comes nourishment for the wet, dark, fertile soil of our dreams. 

~ Wet, Dark & Fertile is about diving deep into our core, into our wombs, our bones, into the earth, and creating a strong & fertile connection to ourselves so when spring comes, we plant the seeds in our fertile core to flourish with truth, integrity and clarity.

I will be guiding us all on a 6 week journey, creating a container for us to transmute and alchemise all that is rotting into fertile soil. 

This journey will be a mixture of women's sharing circles, guided meditation, embodiment practices, self touch & intimacy, Inner child healing, Womb Wisdom, Grief Tending & Ancestral connection.

What will happen? Honestly… this can change depending on what the darkness calls forth, what each woman brings to the table and what is needed. The feminine mystery unravels and unfurls in wondrous ways and so often my schedules change because in the moment something else feels more true. However these are the topics we will be diving into.

Wet Dark & Fertile

In community, magic happens. When we realise we don't need to go at it all alone, when we see those around us moving through their own journeys we can so often relate and come to understand that we are all in this together. This container is very much about your own unique unfolding into your own depths and simultaneously it is just as much about sisterhood, community, tribe, being seen and building a solid foundation of trust for self and others. 

Within this work a lot can come up. I will be offering discounted 1-1 sessions for everyone within this container during this period and for one month following also. This is a space that welcomes your darkness, your fears, your shadows to be witnessed, felt and loved. 

During this container you will also have a buddy to be in contact with - this will be to support you to keep up the daily practices and to witness the mirrors in you both with an opportunity to step into your own wise elder role of tending & holding another. 

During some of these calls when I am guiding a practice you are welcome to turn off your camera and microphone to be fully in the safety of your own home whilst you explore your more vulnerable parts. 

Where will we meet? 

We will meet on zoom or google meets once a week for 2-3hrs. This call will be recorded for those who can't make the live call but it is highly recommended to attend live as you can also share, be heard and held. 

When?

Wednesday evenings - 4-7pm 

The session is between 2-3 hours each week. Please allow for 3 hours so you have a moment the land and integrate after each session also.

Welcome to Wet, Dark & Fertile, an offering that has been brewing in me for longer than i'd like to admit. My name is Anouska and I am an embodiment coach, inner child therapist, trauma informed space holder, workshops & retreat host and the creator of The Red Tent ( A travelling red tent for those who bleed).

I am passionate about supporting women back to their power and through my own journey into the darkness I have come to find that it is when we truly surrender and give space to all parts of us that we truly come alive. Through deep shadow work, exploring sacred sexuality & tantra, connecting deeply to my inner child & to my cyclical womby nature, I feel I have and am still meeting new expansive, alive and juicy parts of myself everyday. 

I hold the intention to create a super nourishing container for us to come together and dive into our edges, limiting beliefs, icky, sticky stuckness and be with it to create a deep relationship and understanding of our needs and find what is beyond these walls so that we can break free from our own chains and fully embrace, love and find pleasure in our wet, dark & fertile beings.
