The Call

The wild woman represents freedom. To be truly free is the ability to embrace all that you are with unapologetic expression. Freedom is the courage to allow the vulnerable, the fierce, the shiny and the messy out of the box.

The Wild Woman’s Way is quite literally that - a way to live your life in your authentic expression, with love for the world around you, and free from the shackles of judgement.

We've walked with hundreds of women who arrived exhausted. Women who achieved everything they were told would bring fulfillment, yet still feel an aching emptiness in their bones. Women who've spent so long contorting themselves into acceptable shapes that they've forgotten their own wild rhythm.

In this 8 day transformational retreat, we teach you how to unwind from this ‘good girl’ conditioning. We welcome it all: your primal screams and softest whispers, your raw grief and ecstatic laughter, your fierce power and tender vulnerability.

This is not for the faint-hearted - this is for those ready to shake things up, and take control of your life.

Please Note: Spaces are extremely limited, so book well in advance.

“A deeply moving and transformative experience.”

"There are almost no words to describe the space held on this incredible wild women retreat by Gaia and Alana. The spectrum of emotions and wilderness I explored within myself and the women in this circle will leave a lasting impact on my life. I arrived a stressed, disconnected person and left spiritually connected with myself, my sisters and the land - lifted, empowered and truly rewilded. Thank you for the invitation, for all us for showing up with such courage, vulnerability and embodiment of our authentic selves. The morning cold river dips will remain as sacred memories in my heart." - Jade S

Our Approach

Ancient myths worldwide teach us that every woman contains a multitude of selves: the wonder-filled Maiden, the fierce Warrior, the sensual Lover, the sovereign Queen, and the mystical Priestess. Each one is essential for a woman to experience her wholeness and wildness. Over eight transformative days, you'll reclaim these powerful parts of yourself, some that may have lain dormant your whole life.

Through ritual, embodiment and inquiry, you'll shed the layers of shoulds and supposed tos. In the embrace of old mossy forests, beside crackling fires, under star-filled skies, and in rushing rivers, you'll reconnect with the wisdom living in your bones. Your body will remember its own language of intuition and truth.

Each day deepens your journey: The Maiden teaches innocence and play. The Warrior shows you how to protect your boundaries and fight for what matters. The Lover awakens your capacity for pleasure and connection. The Queen guides you to claim your sovereignty. The Priestess initiates you into your spiritual power.

Along the way we will encounter the shadow side to each archetype. Powerful protectors that develop in childhood to keep us safe, which are now sabotaging our lives and relationships. Each one is lovingly tended, understood and brought into conscious awareness. These parts don’t go away, and nor do we try to make them. This approach is deeply compassionate and teaches us to have awareness of these parts, alongside the tools to integrate them so that they no longer hold power over us.

This is for you if…

You are ready to do deep shadow work, and reclaim your sovereignty

You want to feel more connected to your body and your pleasure

You want to learn tools for feeling and expressing your emotions

You want to learn tools to deepen authentic intimacy

You want to unlock your voice

You’re fed up of negative self talk and want to elevate your sense of self worth

You want more meaning and purpose in your life

You want to make friends with women who are on a spiritual path

Your Guides

If you are seeking therapy then we encourage you to seek 1-1 support from a qualified psychotherapistIf you have a history of mental health challenges or trauma, please contact us in advance so that we can have a conversation about whether this retreat is right for you at this time.
  2. The food will be mainly vegan and gluten free with some cheese and egg options. Tea and coffee will be available. You can bring your own deli meats if you really need it. Let us know as soon as you can about any dietary needs.
  3. There is limited phone reception at the venue. We encourage you to take the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world, and to fully immerse yourself in nature. Please make sure you tell loved one's that you will be out of communication for the weekend. You can give dependants the phone number of one of our team if you need to be contactable, and Wifi may be accessed upon request.

Ticket Policy

  • £400 of your ticket is non-refundable. This is to cover any admin costs if you choose to cancel and to support participants to be sure they can attend before purchasing a ticket.
  • We do not offer the 10% membership discount on our retreats. This is because our overheads are so high, and a 10% discount on an event with a high ticket value has a huge affect on our overall budget.
  • We cannot offer any refunds if you decide not to attend within 14 days of the retreat start date. With such short notice we are usually unable to fill your spot. If we (or you) do manage to find someone to fill your spot we can transfer your ticket to another retreat.
