Share, listen, explore and integrate the challenges and wisdom of your psychedelic experiences with specialist psychotherapists.

If you’ve had a psychedelic experience that you are struggling to make sense of, this integration group provides an opportunity to explore and understand its impact. In a supportive, confidential, safe space you can share your story and learn from others’ experiences – both positive and negative. The group will be facilitated by psychotherapists with extensive experience of the use of psychedelics and will emphasise how to integrate psychedelic experiences into everyday life in a way that is helpful and meaningful.

The group runs on a monthly basis.

CONSIDERATIONS

  • The Zoom room will be opened at 6:50 pm, and we will allow entrance promptly at 7 pm. If you arrive late, you may not be allowed entry.
  • We ask that all participants keep their video on throughout the duration of the group and only leave the Zoom call at the end of the session.
  • We will prioritize those experiencing challenges related to their psychedelic experience to speak first, honoring their need for support.
  • By signing up to the circle, you agree to the confidentiality rules. This includes no note-taking during the session.
  • Capacity is limited to 16 people.
  • The group provides an open and judgment-free space for people to recount their experiences and can include evocative material that some people may find challenging.
  • Please note this is a support group rather than a therapy group; it provides a safe first point of contact to share your experiences. You may want to seek either individual integration therapy or closed group therapy if you wish to have the time and space to explore your material at greater depth.
  • The group discourages active use of psychedelics or other psychoactive drugs during group meetings and, in accordance with the law, neither provides illicit substances nor referrals to illegal psychedelic services or psychedelic psychotherapy.
