Come celebrate Imbolc together and share our native plant medicine Mugwort. We will be journeying with this teacher plant of our lands, with the intention of opening our bodies to receive more vitality. Emerging from the darkness of Winter can be a gentle process of reawakening, especially when we allow support from our plant allies.
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is a herb of alignment, The Crone, clearing stuck energies and stepping more into our path and power. We will have options to ingest the plant, receive energetic transmission or smudge and then journey with her medicine and wisdom.
There will time for sharing, integration and making an offering to the land holding us. Light nibbles and teas are included.
Clare's ceremonies and gatherings are focused on rediscovering the deep magic in our bodies and lands, and making this process fun, enjoyable and gentle.
