Join us for a transformative experience  with a special trip to the mystical caves in Elderley Edge, a location renowned for its energetic line that enhances meditation and intention setting.

Event Highlights:

• Meditative Practice: Engage in a guided meditation session to focus your thoughts.
• Cacao Ceremony: Savour the heart-opening warmth of cacao, a perfect complement to our meditation.
• Shamanic Drum  Explanation & Journey: Reiki master and shamanic practitioner  David will explain the power of these journeys and guide us.
• Sound Therapy: Immerse yourself in the resonating sounds of Tibetan bowls & kochi chimes, creating a harmonious backdrop for our journey.
• Silence and Darkness: Experience the profound peace of pure silence and darkness within the cave's cocoon-like embrace.

Guided Exploration: Bill, our expert and trained guide, will lead us safely through the caves. Rest assured, the journey involves no tight spaces to crawl through. However, please note, if you have discomfort with dark or enclosed spaces, this event might not be suitable for you.

What to Bring / Wear: The caves can be cold and damp, so please bring very warm clothing and something to sit on, like an old cushion & yoga mat. Ideally, wear clothes that don’t rustle when moving, to maintain the tranquility during our silent meditation.
