About Frankie Paz
Frankie Paz is a renowned plant-based chef and author celebrated for her immersive culinary
experiences, including her sell-out ceremonial supper clubs and Moon Jams, hosted on her
narrowboat in Hackney. These distinctive events are designed to foster deep connections with
the land, ourselves, and each other. Frankie believes that through heartfelt, courageous
conversations, we can cultivate a greater sense of connection in our fast-paced world.
Known for her down-to-earth approach, Frankie keeps it real and encourages people to seek
balance by blending ancient wisdom with modern practices. Her work is deeply inspired by
her time living in the Colombian jungle, where she embraced nature’s teachings and
overcame drug addiction, as well as the influence of her grandmother in Britain—a wisdom
keeper and vegan for over 60 years.
Frankie's passion lies in the stories of the plants she works with, believing that the more we
connect with the land, the deeper our connection to ourselves becomes. Her mission is to
create food that is both nourishing and easy, making plant-based living accessible and
fulfilling.
