Ochre and Patricia are back for their monthly candlelit event of Gentle, Yin and Restorative Yoga accompanied by Thai Yoga Massage. An opportunity to awaken your senses through gentle movement, stretching, aromatherapy, sound healing, and massage.
Soften and unhook from the week, allowing the time and space to explore the deeper aspects of the Yin and Restorative asanas led by Ochre, whilst receiving hands-on Thai massage by Patricia.
A powerful combined practice that will nurture a deeper exploration and observation of the body, heart, and mind.
This workshop is now limited to just 15 spaces, allowing for more attention on each student.
