Note: Our retreat will be held in english. However if your english skills are basic -we will make sure there is translation and you will be able to follow our journey.

Location

Essencia in Portugal is a truly magical place known as “the last wild coast of Europe”. An environment of untouched nature awaits you here, where you can take a deep breath and find peace. 700 km of hiking trails take you through majestic cliff landscapes and vast dunes that offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The raw beauty of the coast and the gentle waves of the ocean create a powerful atmosphere that invites you to let go deeply

and recharge your batteries. ​

The accommodation in Essencia fits harmoniously into this healing environment. You can completely unwind in the charming, comfortable farmhouse. The spacious indoor and outdoor areas invite you to relax and recharge your batteries.

Just 30 minutes away are Portugal's most beautiful, wild beaches, offering some of the best surfing spots in the world.

Your Facilitators

Jenny Jessen has been devoting the last eight years of her life into deep studies of cultural anthropology, energy medicine and healing arts. She is a guide for transformational experiences, ceremony, ritual and sacred femininity arts. Her approach is always artistic and intuitive based on her background as a performer and artist. In Ceremony she connects ancient ritual art with yogic, egyptian, daoist and shamanic approaches. Her focus lays on women's empowerment in one on one mentoring as well as training women how to facilitate women's circles themselves. 

She has been initiated into daoist priestess arts and tao tantric arts and is passionate about sharing its energy medicine to women to awaken their femininity.​

Jenny has been hosting Community Ceremonies around the globe - in Greece, India, Egypt, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Bali for Festivals and Retreats for five years.

Fien de Keukelaere is a joyful, energized, and playful woman, devoted to supporting other women in remembering their inner radiance.

She’s deeply passionate about female embodiment, sacred sexuality, and new ways of connecting with the body and life, in the here and now.

As a Tao Tantric Arts facilitator, coach, and bodyworker, she supports women in exploring their bodies as a portal to more aliveness, pleasure, joy, and (self)love! She also guides couples in discovering new ways and deeper layers of intimacy.

With her background in Hatha Yoga, Tao Tantric Arts, Qigong, and psychology, she follows her dream of combining Western knowledge and traditional wisdom in her healing services.

She is a co-teacher in the Tao Tantric Arts Facilitator Training.
