Spirit of the Season: A Gathering for Gay Men
Join us, Nigel and Jamie, for a special winter gathering designed to bring gay men together for connection, movement, relaxation, and expression. As the holiday season draws near, we invite you to set aside this time to nurture your spirit, connect with others, and embrace the gifts of this time of year.

In the warm embrace of this four-hour session, we’ll create space to ground ourselves and each other through practices that connect us deeply to mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will explore:
Kundalini Yoga: Awaken your energy with a transformative practice designed to elevate your spirit and cultivate inner peace.
Breathwork: Dive into conscious breathing to release tension, gain clarity, and open your heart.
