Sunday Pie & Mbira Night

A Comfort-Food Ritual with Mbira and Communal Song

Our new favourite Sunday comfort-food ritual. And this time we’re craving pies! You're in for a night of beautiful organic pies, creamy mash, buttery marmalade pudding.This Sunday warm the cockles with a twinkling Mbira performance to begin the festive season. Come for the feast, the warm glow, and a delicious side of communal singing to close the night.


 Our Organic Menu 

Pies
Chorizo, mushroom & spinach pie with honey-glazed shortcrust pastry
or
Caramelised leek, onion & smoked garlic pie with chestnut topping (vegan)

Mash 
Double cream & fenugreek mash
Sweet potato mash with maple syrup & sage butter

Sides
Sautéed Cabbage & Peas topped with

 Ale and Apple Gravy

Pudding
Orange marmalade & hazelnut bread & butter pudding

Arrive 6:15pm (the bar will be open)

We’ll bless Juliet's home-cooked meal at 6:30pm sharp. Wait for the bell to ring!

Ric Hollingbery, musician and leader of the Brown Bread Choir, will guide us in a heartwarming communal folk singalong inspired by West Country traditions.

Both meat and vegan pies will be served. If you have specific dietary needs, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
