Dive deep into embodiment & Spring with one of the world's most nourishing & welcoming conscious communities...Ecstatic Dance UK's EmboDAYfest is back May 10th, again with indoor workshop space and the entire Sauna Garden as well (at the allocated time)!

Line-Up - The best international conscious DJ's, facilitators & musicians from across the globe & here in London TBA - Watch this space! 

Our EPIC and highly accessible conscious day festival returns after the three amazing DAYfests in 2023/24; right here at The Bath House & Community Sauna garden in Hackney Wick!

EMBODAYFEST! A day festival without alcohol or drugs, full of love, connection, incredible music, workshops and movement... AND the (secret!) Sauna Garden Party (Sauna area now extended to include entire sauna section/all saunas!)

12:00pm doors open - Grab a high vibe elixir, cacao (available all day by CacaoSol), healthy snack, lunch, tea, coffee or fresh pizza!

1:00pm - 10:00pm All day Embodiment & holistic programme begins

Hall of Transformation: Our beautiful main event space with a deliciously warm and powerful 9 speaker custom built surround sound speaker system, courtesy of EDUK & Giant Steps.

All sessions suitable for ALL! From 1pm

Civic Classroom - The Magic Den (indoors) from 1:30pm

Secret Sauna Garden (garden area open to all to relax/connect, whether you have sauna pass or not) 

* *3:45 - 7:45pm - Unlimited Sauna (topless allowed inside sauna, bottoms always on please) & NEW ice baths use - to those who've chosen that option!** In collaboration with London's best and most inclusive sauna community - Hackney Community Sauna Baths

 

**Also buy on our famous SUN•DAY mornings or Wednesday evenings at The Baths BEFORE or AFTER the weekly Ecstatic sessions**

 

Children: 0-4 years old can come for free and 5 -12 year olds for £10 - Tickets available. All must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times please.

Indoor Workshop & Cafe Space - New (since the last emboDAYFEST) - we shall have use and access of The Baths cafe & civic classroom spaces all day and until close, for the workshops (classroom), cosy indoor hangouts, plant based food and alcohol free refreshments. Lubo shall also be bringing his AMAZING CACAO!

This day pass include Sauna & plunge entry 4 - 8pm and the entire day's programme of workshops, dances etc & all day entry to the festival 12:00- 10:00pm!
Sauna Pass Upgrade (festival ticket also required) £25

This is for those who decide later to buy the sauna add-on (cheaper to buy with festival ticket). The pass gives unlimited access to the amazing hand-built Scandinavian style sauna's and plunges from 3:45 - 7:45pm.
Child Ticket - Aged 5 - 12 - No Sauna Entry £10

This ticket admits a child accompanied by an adult for the entire days festival in the main hall and garden but does not permit any entry to the saunas.
