About the Space
This group is a safe, supportive environment to explore Conscious Connected Breathwork as a tool for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to self. The space is held by Beth Bauer, a certified Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and an advanced trainee in Core Process Psychotherapy.
Each week includes a themed opening circle exploration and sharing, somatic grounding practices, a guided meditation, and journal prompts to help you explore your experience more deeply.
We will explore one theme per six week block so that we can deepen into the subject and explore what each means to you and each block will begin (or end) with a Breath and Sound breathwork where I will be collaborating with Sasha Amber Baldwin, the sound therapist from Restful Rythms https://restfulrhythms.co.uk/ to guide you in a crystal bowl sound bath and breathwork.
Breathwork can support the release of stored emotions, create space for clarity and insight, and leave you feeling more relaxed, connected, or energised. But at its heart, this practice is about nervous system re-patterning—teaching the body that it’s safe to move between activation and calm. Over time, this supports resilience and helps you stay more grounded in the face of life’s challenges.
Themes
The Inner Child 10th September 2025 to 14th October 2025
Within us all lives a younger self — tender, impressionable, and still holding the echoes of early joys and hurts. Meeting the inner child is a journey of re-connection, where we offer the safety and care that may once have been missing. Through the breath we can soften the protective layers, making space for innocence, playfulness, and curiosity to re-emerge. In this space, old wounds can be held with compassion, and the child within can be welcomed home to a body and life that is now safe.
The Shadow 29th October 2025 to 3rd December 2025
The shadow is not darkness to be feared, but a reservoir of hidden truth and vitality. It holds the parts of ourselves we learned to hide — anger, desire, grief, even joy — in order to be loved or accepted. Turning towards the shadow with breath and awareness is an act of reclamation. We learn to stand in the presence of what was once banished, not to judge or fix, but to listen. As the breath moves through, what was heavy can become energy, creativity, and clarity, no longer needing to lurk in the dark.
The Sacred Feminine 14th January 2026 to 18th Febuary 2026
The sacred feminine is the voice of deep intuition, the pulse of life that honours both creation and rest. It calls us back to cycles, to softness, to the knowing that strength and surrender can live side by side. In a culture that rewards only constant forward motion, breathing into the sacred feminine is an act of remembering — that there is wisdom in the pause, beauty in receptivity, and power in trusting the natural unfolding of things.
The Voice of the Heart 4th March 2026 to 8th April 2026
The heart speaks with a steady, unshakable truth. To hear it clearly, we must be willing to listen beyond the noise of fear and conditioning. Here we explore not only the call of love, but also the boundaries that protect it — recognising that saying no can be as heart-led as saying yes. This is where attachment patterns may reveal themselves, offering a chance to breathe into old relational imprints and let them soften. As the heart’s voice grows stronger, our connections become clearer, more authentic, and more rooted in mutual respect.
Meeting Your Spirituality 22nd April 2026 to 27th May 2026
Spirituality is the quiet thread that weaves our inner and outer worlds together. It is not something we must seek; it is already here, in moments of stillness, awe, and connection. Breathing into this space can dissolve the illusion of separation, bringing us into direct contact with something vast and timeless. Whether we name it or simply feel it, meeting our spirituality through breath invites a deeper trust in life’s unfolding and our place within it. In this block, we explore what spirituality means to you, finding our faith in something supports us from feeling lost in a confusing world. No matter your faith, can we find togther what it is you truly believe in?
Death, Rebirth & Letting Go 10th June 2026 to 15th July 2026
Life moves in cycles, and every ending carries the seed of a beginning. Letting go asks us to step into uncertainty, to loosen our grip on what no longer serves, even when it feels impossible. The breath teaches us this rhythm — each exhale a release, each inhale a renewal. In surrendering to this flow, we find that death is not a finality but a transformation, and that rebirth often comes with unexpected grace.
Each session includes:
- Somatic grounding & check-in
- Guided meditation
- Conscious Connected Breathwork
- Space for integration
- Weekly themes with journaling prompts and optional take-home reflections
- Optional WhatsApp group for connection, reflection, and support between sessions
Who Is This For?
This class is for those who are seeking a space to:
- Reconnect with their body, breath, and inner awareness
- Release held stress or emotional tension
- Build nervous system resilience
- Explore personal insight in a supportive, non-judgemental setting
No prior experience with breathwork is needed—just a willingness to be curious and present.

There are some contraindications, so take a look at these and let me know if any of them refer to you. Please check with your health care provider before booking your place.
- Cardiovascular issues or high blood pressure
- Epilepsy
- Bipolar or schizophrenia (diagnosed)
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgeries or serious injury
- Retinal detachment or glaucoma
- Brain or abdominal aneurysm
- Heavy medication or unstable health conditions
If you are on heavy medications or have any concerns, please let us know. You are still welcome to stay, to breathe gently through your nose, and to receive the benefits of this practice in a way that feels right for you.
