How did you hear about this course?

Can you tell us about your experience practicing Buddhism? For example, if you have been on retreat, how many years you have practiced, and what lineage and teachers you align with.

How would you describe your race and/ or ethnicity?

Please tell us anything we can do as we shape the course to make it accessible, inclusive and welcoming for you. Please interpret these ideas broadly - we recognise the common understandings of access and inclusion can be limited and narrow.
