Ecstatic Dance Brighton

Based in the beautiful seaside town of Brighton & Hove we run Ecstatic Dance sessions with local and international DJs, both indoors and in beautiful nature spots, for the last 5.5 years.

Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance movement practice of intentionally curated journeys to take you on both an outwardly expressive and cathartic, and a deep inward, transformational movement experience.

We believe natural highs are the most powerful and so we are a sober & drug free dance experience.

During the session we have  no chatting or phones out (as you would in any wellbeing class) to bring focus to movement and expression.

Our   DJs create waves of music  informed by their training, experience and artistic style.

You are invited to let go of judgement, free your body and explore your movement and dance in playful, creative and deep ways.

We run sessions approx twice per month, please see our dandelion page for next sessions!
